Our Engineers are on hand at any time night or day to service your critical thermal management products.

As always you will receive the same unrivalled C-Net Industrial quality of service, including an in-depth diagnosis, problem solving and where possible we will then conduct a full repair of your thermal management products at your location.

Our highly skilled thermal engineers are fully equipped with portable test instruments will carry out full functionality and performance of your thermal system before they leave.


How does on site service work?



1. With a C-Net Industrial Service contract  - We will review all the systems you have on site and what KPI's you need to operate within. Be it a certain response time or available uptime required of the thermal management systems. Once we have all the information we can put in place a plan to make sure these KPI's are hit be it via dedicated spare parts or even swap out units that enable you to keep the thermal management systems up and running as expected. We are able to perform planned preventative maintenance or Emergency breakdown repair on site. 


2. Without a Service Contract - We will gather as much data from you as possible before attending site to see if we can diagnose potential issues and the resolutions before we attend in order to source any components that may be required.

Then an experienced and skilled thermal engineer will visit to site to fully diagnose the fault - once this is done we will be able to give a list of parts required to carry out a service or repair along with a quote to resolve the issues. On acceptance of the proposal we will carry out the required work - sometimes, depending on spare part availability this may involve a second visit to carry out the work. With the work completed we fully test the system to ensure performance is as specification. The work carried out will be warrantied for workmanship and spare parts in accordance with the warranty applied from the manufacturer.
